About Nature View

I'm in the process of trying to become a better amateur photographer, so please bear with some of my "learning" shots. Since I'm trying to rekindle my previous life as a biologist, animals will be the major theme. I'll try to identify the animals but a lot of times I won't have a clue so perhaps the viewers could lend a little help when needed.

There will not be any photos of zoo animals, pets or aquarium critters posted in this photoblog; only in situ nature shots. Hopefully, I will not be swayed by the ease of digital manipulation, thus I will try to do as little editing as possible. I am shooting in JPEG but hopefully will be switching to RAW soon.
